Description - S. opaque soft wistaria blue (RHS 92B), deeper texture veining; style arms wistaria blue; F. wistaria blue, deeper texture veining, hafts lightly brushed antique gold; beards thick, intense blackish violet (darker than 89A), hairs tipped mustard in throat; slight sweet fragrance. Blackbeard X I. aphylla "Dark Violet". Markham 2003. HM 2007, AM 2009.
